Creativity Hood – NDIS-Aligned Art Programs

At Creativity Hood, we deliver arts-based supports that contribute to participants’ NDIS goals and functional outcomesin a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment.

Our programs are designed to support participants to:
• Build social skills and participation through group engagement and collaboration
• Develop communication and confidence in creative activities
• Improve fine motor skills through artmaking processes
• Support emotional regulation and wellbeing through structured creative expression

Our facilitators use strength-based approaches and adapt activities to meet individual needs. All materials are included.

Funding and Booking Options:
• Supports can be funded using NDIS core supports (e.g. CB, social and community participation), when linked to participant goals and outcomes.
• Self-managed participants can book directly — an invoice will be provided.
• Plan-managed participants — invoices can be issued to your plan manager or provider upon request.

We welcome participants of all abilities and strive to deliver supportive arts experiences that align with your plan goals.

FAQ

Q: I've downloaded an invoice. Does that mean that I'm booked into the class?

A: Not yet. Please send the invoice to your plan manager. After we've received payment from them (which could take a few days or weeks, depending on your plan manager), we'll book you in and send you an order confirmation email. That's when you're booked in.

Q: What if the class date passes by the time payment is received?

A: We advise booking dates that are far enough that we're likely to receive payment before the class date. That being said, if payment is received after the class date, you can choose: we'll either store it onto store credit so you can pick another date; or we can provide you a full refund.

Q: I've booked into a class, now I'd like to change the date, how can I do that?

A: Please click here to get in touch with our customer service team, and they'll be happy to assist you.

Q: How can I change my plan manager or other details on my profile?

A: You can send us a email and we will change it for you.

Q: I've created a few invoices. How can I access the past invoices I've created?

A: Yes you can access them on request, just send us a email. 

Q: I'm a support coordinator, and want to get invoices for my different clients. How can I do that?

A: Please send us a list of the clients that need invoices and we can send them through
